HOME RUN DERBY

 WINNER - 2010 - Justin Schumacher with the Russellville Braves

Field 4 &5

  

1.     Participants must bring their own pitcher (Coach / Dad / older sibling / etc...)

2.     Participant will be allowed a total of eight pitches or 5 swings, whichever comes first

3.  Foul Balls count as a swing

4.   Home Run fence will be set at 225 feet

5.    In case of a tie, participants who are tied will receive five more pitches or three more swings, whichever comes first

6.     Winner will be the participant with most home runs in each age group (13s & 15s)

 WINNWE - 2010 -  Top Gun Accuracy Throw – Trent Tindell with the Conway Cats

1.     Participant will be allowed five throws from marked spot in outfield to home plate

2.     Participant with most throws in barrel wins

3.     In case of tie, participants that are tied will receive two additional throws until a winner is determined

BASE RUNNING

Field 2

 WINNER - 2010 -Inside the Park Home Run Speed Challenge – Matt Evans with the Conway Cats

1.     Base Running will be from Home plate around the bases back to Home Plate

2.     Participant will be allowed two runs

3.     Fastest time per age group wins

4.     In case of a tie – participants that are tied will be allowed one more attempt
